Our platform helps users plan, validate, create, and activate digital campaigns across every channel: display, social, video, and DOOH. Cape automates ad creation with on-brand templates, enables seamless collaboration across stakeholders, and activates media with just a few clicks. By eliminating disconnected tools and tasks, teams gain a seamless workflow that frees them to focus on strategy and storytelling. From asset creation to campaign launch, Cape ensures every ad is personalized, on brand, and ready to scale, reaching the right audience across all media channels effortlessly.



What you’ll do
As our platform continues to grow, and with a full rebranding underway, we’re further building our product marketing team. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on motion graphics to bring our product stories to life through high-quality, engaging visual content. From campaign visuals to short-form animations, you’ll be responsible for translating complex ideas into clear, dynamic designs that showcase the value of our technology.
You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop visual assets that explain our solutions, highlight key features, and support brand storytelling across channels.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Designing motion graphics and animated assets for campaigns, social media, web, and presentations.
Creating visually engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
Collaborating with marketers, designers, and product specialists to storyboard and script video content.
Using tools like After Effects to build smooth, professional animations aligned with our brand guidelines.
Suggesting creative motion approaches to enhance visual storytelling.
Managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and consistency in quality.
Occasionally supporting video editing and static visual design when needed.
Skills and Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
Strong experience in motion design with a solid portfolio showcasing product videos or tech-focused animations.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (and ideally Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or similar tools).
Proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas for content, employer branding, and lead-generation campaigns.
Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals.
Comfortable working within brand guidelines while bringing creative flair.
Strong attention to detail, from animation timing to visual transitions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently for timely delivery.
